We do ship outside of Australia, however; orders must be taken by email or phone only.

HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING / DELIVERY TAKE?

Upon your order and receipt of payment, please allow 1-2 business day for packing and dispatch of your order. If on the rare occasion, an item is out of stock, we will contact you on the telephone number or email advised with the order.

Please allow up to 3-6 business days for your delivery to arrive, 7 days for SA, WA, NT and Tasmania and regional areas. Delivery times may vary depending on delivery service providers.

DELIVERY DETAILS

Skatetrader Pty Ltd uses Australia Post Standard or Express for all deliveries within Australia. Our delivery providers guarantee safe and reliable delivery or your order. If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will SMS, leave a card or email you will for collection or delivery of your order.

Please note: If you choose to have your order parcel to be left on your premises, we cannot be liable for lost or stolen property as a result.

DELIVERY COSTS

Shipping within Australia costs are indicated in your online shopping cart before you check out.  Shipping outside of Australia is priced and confirmed by Skatetrader before order/payment is finalised.

Discrepancies regarding stock availability or address information will be reported immediately via the email or telephone number advised with the order.
